Dana & Eric Kiser
DSPlife was dreamt of and created in Virginia by a husband-and-wife team who saw the same problems from two different angles — one from the front lines of residential services, the other from the world of software development.
Together, Dana and Eric Kiser built DSPlife to solve the real problems DD waiver providers face every day: paper overload, inconsistent documentation, staff turnover, and the constant pressure to stay audit-ready.

Dana Kiser
CEO & Co-Founder
Dana is a former residential Program Director in Virginia with years of hands-on experience managing group homes and sponsored residential programs. She knows what it takes to keep documentation right, staff trained, and programs audit-ready.
At DSPlife, Dana leads operations, product direction, and provider relationships. Every feature in CareHub comes from her real-world knowledge.
Eric Kiser
CIO & Co-Founder
Eric is the technical mind behind CareHub and the DSPlife platform. As a software developer, he took Dana's frontline experience and turned it into a system that actually works for DD waiver providers.
Eric leads all development, infrastructure, and technical strategy at DSPlife. He builds CareHub to be reliable, secure, and simple.
